Treasure AI Voice supports PLAUD's AI Voice Recorder devices.
Purchase Through Treasure AI
Purchase your devices through Treasure AI rather than retail channels. The devices themselves are the same PLAUD hardware sold to consumers, but Treasure AI Voice integrates with them through PLAUD's Enterprise SDK, so devices purchased at retail aren't supported.

All supported devices share the following capabilities:
- Button Operations: Long-press to start and stop recording.
- Data Transfer: Transfers to the Treasure AI Voice mobile app over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or Wi-Fi Fast Transfer (iOS only). The user selects the transport on each transfer from the file detail screen.
- Secure Upload: The mobile app encrypts and uploads files directly to Treasure AI's secure cloud infrastructure.
- SDK Integration: The mobile app controls the device directly via PLAUD's Enterprise SDK, with fleet management and compliance retention enabled through your organization's Treasure AI Voice account.
- Warranty: All hardware includes a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The following PLAUD devices are not compatible with Treasure AI Voice:
- PLAUD Note — The original PLAUD Note (non-Pro) isn't supported by the PLAUD Enterprise SDK integration Treasure AI Voice relies on.
- PLAUD NotePin — The original NotePin (non-S) is not supported. Only the NotePin S is compatible.
If you already own one of these devices, it cannot be used with Treasure AI Voice. Please contact your Treasure AI representative to purchase a supported device.
