Treasure AI Voice operates on a zero-trust data flow designed for regulated industries. Audio is transferred from the PLAUD device to the mobile app, encrypted, and uploaded directly to Treasure AI's secure cloud infrastructure.
Data is stored in region-specific data centers (US, Japan or EU), and is automatically retained for 7 years for compliance.
Once the data is transferred to the cloud, we use PLAUD's transcription service to process audio data. The audio and transcriptdata is never used for AI model training unlike consumer version of PLAUD services.
PLAUD's server never stores the audio data and only processes it for transcription.
