- Sales Enablement: Automatically capture and summarize client meetings, extract action items, and identify key customer feedback to accelerate deal cycles.
- Meeting Summarization: Generate multi-dimensional AI summaries and searchable transcripts from any conversation — in 112 supported languages.
- Customer Harassment Prevention: Produce tamper-proof, legally admissible audio recordings to protect frontline workers, complying with Japanese labor laws and upcoming Tokyo ordinances.
Treasure AI Voice operates on a zero-trust data flow designed for regulated industries. Audio is transferred from the PLAUD device to the mobile app, encrypted, and uploaded directly to Treasure AI's secure cloud infrastructure.
Data is stored in region-specific data centers (US, Japan or EU), and is automatically retained for 7 years for compliance.
Once the data is transferred to the cloud, we use PLAUD's transcription service to process audio data. PLAUD's servers process audio only for transcription and do not store it — this is a property of PLAUD's transcription architecture generally, not a Treasure-specific safeguard.
The audio and transcript data is never used for AI model training. This matches PLAUD's own data policy: PLAUD trains on data only when a user explicitly opts in, and Treasure AI Voice deployments do not opt in.
