You may need to reconfigure your insights by deleting Segment Insights widgets.
You must leave at least one widget in your Segment Insights dashboard. Be sure you want to delete a widget as confirmation is not requested to complete deletion.
- Open Treasure Console.
- Navigate to Audience Studio.
- Select the parent segment you want and open the root directory.
- Select the Segment Insights tab.
- Locate the dashboard containing widgets you want to delete.
- Select the dashboard name or the three dots to the right of the dashboard and select Edit segment insights.
- A modal opens displaying your selected widgets.
- Choose the widget you want to remove and select the trash bin in the upper right-hand corner of the widget.
