# Accessing the Consolidated Account Utilization Dashboard The Consolidated Account Utilization Dashboard shows monthly usage across your organization's Treasure AI accounts. Use it to compare usage between accounts, track your organization's total usage, and see when usage approaches your plan allowance. ## Access the Consolidated Account Utilization Dashboard You must be an account owner or administrator to access the dashboard. 1. Log in to [Treasure Console](/tools/td-console/log-in-to-td-console) as an owner or administrator. 2. Select **Control Panel**. 3. Select **Utilization**. 4. Open **Consolidated Account Utilization**. The dashboard shows monthly usage charts for your organization's accounts. ## Understand the Charts The usage charts show the last 18 months. Each monthly bar contains colored sections, one for each account. The size of each section shows that account's usage. The charts can also show two additional lines: - **Total Usage** shows the combined usage across your organization's accounts. - **Entitlement** is the allowance or limit included in your plan. A red line shows this allowance so you can compare it with your usage. Move your pointer over a colored section of a bar to see that account's usage for the month. Compare months to spot changes in usage, and compare **Total Usage** with **Entitlement** to see how much of your allowance you are using. An **Entitlement** line appears only when a plan allowance or limit is available for that metric and month. You can still review usage when the line is absent. ## Filter a Chart by Account Use the legend—the list of account names and line labels below or beside a chart—to choose what the chart displays. 1. In the legend, select an account name to hide its data from the chart. 2. To hide a line, select **Total Usage** or **Entitlement**. 3. To restore hidden data or a line, select its label again. Legend selections affect only the chart you are viewing. They do not change the recorded usage or other charts. ## View Daily Usage Open a daily breakdown to see how usage changes within a month across all accounts. The **Total Usage** and **Entitlement** lines do not offer a daily breakdown. Use an account's usage bar instead. 1. Select an account's usage bar for the month and metric you want to inspect. 2. Select **Daily Usage by Account** from the chart menu. The daily view opens for that month and metric. The daily chart shows each account's usage as a colored section of each day's bar. Switch to the table view to see the daily values for all accounts. ## Understand the Utilization Metrics The following sections describe the metrics in the same order as the dashboard tiles.
