# Accessing Your Data Utilization Dashboard

You can view statistics for activities occurring within your account. Use the dashboard to determine how much Treasure AI resources are used, to monitor progress, and to assess productivity.

## Access your Utilization Dashboard

1. Log into Treasure Console as an owner or administrator.
2. Select **Control Panel** > **Utilization > Summary.**
3. Review the utilization data.


## How to Download Data

1. **Navigate to the Utilization Dashboard**
Log in to your Admin account and open the Utilization Dashboard from the main navigation menu.
2. **Locate the Chart or Graph**
Select the specific chart or graph that contains the data you want to download.

3. **Click on the Download Option**
  * Look for the **Download Data** button (found near the top-right corner of the chart).
  * Click the button to generate the file.
4. **Choose the File Format**
  * By default, data will be downloaded in **TXT format**.
  * Other supported formats may be available depending on your environment.

5. **Save the File**
Your browser will prompt you to save the file. Choose a folder on your computer and click **Download** ​


## Understand the Utilization Metrics

The dashboard includes the following metrics, with more being added every day.

### Total Ingest Records

The trend of the number of records imported into Treasure AI is displayed.
The description of each legend is as follows:

- **Bulk Import:** Records imported by Bulk Import jobs. A Bulk Import job is a job that is submitted when importing via, for example, the command of CLI(Toolbelt) like `td import:auto` and OSS Embulk with embulk-ouptut-td plugin.
- **Data Connector:** Records imported by Bulk Load jobs. A Bulk Load job is a job that is submitted when importing via Source, `td connector:issue`, or the `td_load>:` operator of Treasure Workflow.
- **Streaming Import:** Records imported by Streaming Import via td-js-sdk, Mobile SDK, Postback API, or Ingest API.


Breakdown views available from the chart menu include:

- by Day with Database
- by Month of Top 100 <import_method> Imported Tables
- by Month of Top 100 Billed Imported Tables with pivoting source


It does not include records generated by queries.

### Total Insert Records

The trend of the number of inserted or deleted records is displayed.
The description of each legend is as follows:

- **Insert:**  The number of the records stored by Hive/Trino jobs minus the number of records deleted by DELETE statements of Trino job.
- **Result Output:** The number of the records stored by Data Exchange(TD2TD).


### Actual Records Stored

The trend of the total number of records stored on Treasure AI is displayed.

## Daily Total of Jobs Run

| Total Integrations Used | The number of integration types in use. If the import source and export destination types match (for example, Amazon S3 to Amazon S3), the chart counts them as one. |
| Integrations In Use - Last Month & Current Month | A list of integration types in your account with the total imported or exported records.`INPUT`: Imports via bulk load jobs.`OUTPUT`: Exports from Treasure AI via result export jobs that deliver Hive/Presto job results. |

| Hadoop Core Usage | The usage of cores for Hadoop (Hive, Bulk Import, and Bulk Export jobs).`Hadoop Cores`: Cores that were used.`Maximum Cores`: Upper limit that may be available.`Guaranteed Cores`: Upper limit guaranteed for your account. |


## CDP Profile Utilization

| Chart | Description |
|  --- | --- |
| Monthly CDP Profiles | Profiles contain data about an individual's behaviors and attributes, including personally identifiable information (for example, email, phone, or digital identifiers). By default, 1 known profile equals 20 unknown profiles. For reporting and compliance, the monthly value is the maximum profile count held in Treasure Data CDP that month. |
| Monthly CDP Activated Profiles | The number of profiles exported and activated in external systems via Audience Studio. Each activation contributes to the total activated profile count. |
| Monthly CDP Profile API calls | The number of API calls to the Treasure AI Profile API made with Profile API Tokens (using a Treasure AI cookie or device ID) to retrieve attributes or segment membership information. |
