Step 1: Understand Your Audience

Use Audience Studio to create and manage customer segments.

Quick start:

  1. Navigate to Customer Data Platform > Audience Studio.
  2. Create a new batch segment using demographic or behavioral rules.
  3. Preview the segment size and refine your criteria.

Step 2: Design Customer Journeys

Use Journey Orchestration to build multi-step, automated customer journeys.

Common use cases:

  • Welcome series for new customers
  • Re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
  • Post-purchase follow-up sequences

Quick start:

  1. Navigate to Customer Data Platform > Journey Orchestration.
  2. Create a new journey and select a trigger (batch or real-time).
  3. Add steps such as wait, condition, and action nodes.

Step 3: Launch Campaigns with Engage Studio

Use Engage Studio to design and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
