Activations Overview Page

On the Activations Overview page, you can view all activations in a parent segment at the root folder level, so you can monitor run status, schedules, and recent results in one place instead of opening each segment.

Limitation

  • Batch segments are displayed on the Activation Overview page only. Real-time segments are not supported.
  • Actions on this page apply to one activation at a time. Bulk editing of multiple activations — for example, changing the schedule or frequency of many activations at once — is not supported in the console. To update many activations programmatically, use the Update Activation API.

Access the Activations Overview Page

  1. Open Treasure Console.
  2. Navigate to Audience Studio.
  3. Select a parent segment and then select the root folder.
  4. Select Activations.
  5. Right-click on any column to access the following actions:
  • Edit activation
  • Run activation
  • Delete activation
  • View history
  • The Activations Overview page includes pagination for a more responsive experience.
  • Your ability to take these actions is dependent on your folder permissions.

The Activation Overview page screen captures have been divided for easier readability.

  • UTF-8: a variable-length character encoding standard used for electronic communication.
  • UTF-8 with BOM : a sequence of bytes at the start of a text stream ( 0xEF, 0xBB, 0xBF ) that allows the reader to more reliably guess a file as being encoded in UTF-8.
