## Engage Studio

### New Feature: List Campaigns

- List campaigns let you send one email to a contact list created from a CSV file in Engage Studio, without building a Parent Segment or segment first.
- Designed for marketers who already have a recipient list, such as event attendees, and want to personalize the email with its columns.
- The CSV file must include an `email` column, and a campaign can use up to 20 list columns as merge tags.

## Integration Hub

### Enhancement to Zendesk Import and Export Integrations: OAuth 2.0 Refresh Token Support

- The Zendesk Import and Export Integrations now support the OAuth 2.0 refresh token grant for both OAuth (connect with Treasure Data) and OAuth Client Credentials authentication, so connections can renew their Zendesk access token without user interaction.
- Designed for teams that run scheduled imports from or exports to Zendesk, this supports longer-lived integrations with less need to re-authenticate, because Zendesk now issues a refresh token with each new token request.
- Tokens issued before this change cannot be renewed, so create a new Zendesk connection in Treasure AI to use refresh token support.

### Deprecation of Zendesk API Token Authentication (Effective April 30, 2027)

- Zendesk will permanently deactivate all remaining API tokens on April 30, 2027. Admins cannot reactivate them, and the API token management pages will be removed from Admin Center. New API tokens cannot be created after October 27, 2026.
- The Zendesk Import and Export Integrations that use API token authentication will no longer work after that date, so migrate these connections to OAuth before then.
- To migrate, create a new connection with OAuth Client Credentials, which is recommended for scheduled imports and exports, or with OAuth (connect with Treasure Data).
