# Campaign Troubleshooting for Mobile In-App

Use this page when you manage a Mobile In-App campaign in Engage Studio and the expected audience, message, or measurement result is not visible. SDK implementation issues belong in [SDK Troubleshooting](/products/marketing-cloud/engage-studio/channels/mobile-inapp/sdk-troubleshooting).

Beta
Mobile In-App behavior and campaign measurement are part of a preview contract and may change before general availability.

## No Message Is Displayed

Check the following campaign and audience settings:

1. The Parent Segment is active and includes the test customer.
2. The Realtime Personalization entry is active.
3. The Personalization Section is linked to the message.
4. The trigger event and its field values match the campaign conditions.
5. The message is launched and the configuration has propagated.
6. No other Mobile In-App message is already visible.

If no campaign matches, the SDK displays nothing. This is a normal result, not an error.

## Launch Succeeded but Changes Are Not Visible

Launch and Pause update the linked Personalization Section. Delivery depends on configuration propagation and the next request from the app.

After the configuration has propagated:

1. Confirm that the message is still **LIVE**.
2. Send a new trigger event from a test customer in the target audience.
3. Confirm that the new response contains the expected message version.

## Impression Is Not Recorded

Confirm that the message was returned as a campaign offer and that the SDK presented it. A message that another visible message displaced, or that the host screen-state gate rejected, does not produce an impression.

For the available trigger events and fields, see [Mobile In-App Events and Fields](/products/marketing-cloud/engage-studio/channels/mobile-inapp/supported-events-and-fields). For measurement details, see the Developer Guide's [Mobile In-App Measurement](/products/marketing-cloud/engage-studio/channels/mobile-inapp/measurement).

## Hosted Pages Has No Campaign Measurement

A Hosted Pages returned as part of a campaign offer has campaign identity and can produce measurement events.

A URL displayed through the app's direct `openUrl` path has no campaign identity. Separate direct URL volume from campaign-delivered Hosted Pages volume when evaluating campaign performance.
