Drag-on Rules must be enabled for a Parent Segment for you to include them in your journey.
- Navigate to Audience Studio.
- Select a Parent Segment from the dropdown.
- Open a journey.
If the journey is in Draft mode, you can select a drag-on rule for any of the following elements of the journey:
- Entry criteria
- Exit criteria
- Goal
- Decision point
- Select one of the supported elements to edit.
- Select the edit icon
. - From the column on the far right drag a Real-time journey stage to the add attributes window.
- Select whether you want to include the profiles from the specified stage of the journey or exclude them.
- From the "select a value" drop down, select the journey stage you want to use.
You can also add draft journeys as drag-on rules.
- Select Save.
