Overage Notification Settings

Treasure AI sends an email to your account when a metric's usage exceeds, or is approaching, its contracted limit — for example, storage capacity or compute hours. Overage Notification Settings control who receives those emails, in what language, and whether your account also receives a Weekly or Monthly usage report. Use this page when you want to add or remove a notification recipient, turn off a notification type, or opt in to a periodic usage report, without asking Treasure Support to change it for you.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an account owner or administrator to view or change Overage Notification Settings. Non-administrator users don't see this page in the left navigation.

If Recipient Emails is empty, Treasure AI sends Overage and Approaching Limit notifications to your account owner's email instead. Once you add one or more Recipient Emails, notifications go only to those addresses — add the account owner's email to the list too if you want the owner to keep receiving them.

Treasure AI Technical Support may also send individual notifications about your account to the addresses in Recipient Emails, separate from the automated Overage and Approaching Limit emails.

The per-metric usage thresholds that trigger these notifications aren't configurable from this page. Contact your Customer Success representative to adjust a threshold for a specific metric.

Managing Your Overage Notification Settings

  1. In Treasure Console, select Settings from the left navigation.

Control Panel left navigation with Overage Notification Configurations highlighted under Settings

  1. Select Overage Notification Configurations. Your account's current settings display, including Notification Language, the notification and report toggles, and Recipient Emails. If you haven't changed a setting before, the defaults from the table above display.

  1. To change the notification language, select English or Japanese from Notification Language.
  2. To turn a notification or report on or off, select or clear its checkbox: Approaching Limit Notification, Overage Notification, Weekly Usage Report, or Monthly Usage Report.
  3. To add a recipient, select the plus icon next to Recipient Emails and enter a valid email address. Add each recipient as a separate entry, up to 20 total. To remove one, select the minus icon next to it.
  4. Select Save. A confirmation message displays, and the page reflects your changes.

Troubleshooting

  • Save fails with an error next to Recipient Emails. Each address must be valid and unique (case-insensitive), and the list can't exceed 20 entries. Correct the flagged address and select Save again.
